It is strongly suggested that your purchase is returned in its original packaging with the same or similar protective padding. The New Orleans Shop is not responsible for returned packages not received or products further damaged.

Custom orders are unique to the customer, specially designed and made. Additional costs for design and production are added to custom orders.
