  • We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if there are any issues please note the following:

    If there is damaged product or a manufacturing error, The New Orleans Shop offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. This is at the shop’s discretion. Please provide details and photos when you Contact or email thetunjiphoto@gmail.com.

    It is strongly suggested that your purchase is returned in its original packaging with the same or similar protective padding. The New Orleans Shop is not responsible for returned packages not received or products further damaged.

  • Production begins when your order is placed. Please email thetunjiphoto@gmail.com or Contact within an hour of placing your order if you need to adjust or cancel.

  • Custom orders are unique to the customer, specially designed and made. Additional costs for design and production are added to custom orders.
