Dagoret Jewelry FAQ

  • Dagoret accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal or Stripe, as well as Apple Pay.

  • All applicable local and state taxes will be applied to your purchases.

  • We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if there are any issues, please note the following:

Although all sales are final and non-refundable, items are accepted for exchange or gift card credit within fourteen days of delivery date. To be accepted for exchange or gift card credit, items must be unworn, unused, and free of any marks, dents, breakage, and the like.  Dagoret reserves the right to not accept damaged or worn items for exchange.

If there is an issue with your order once it arrives, please email info@dagoret within three days of its arrival.

It is strongly suggested that your purchase is returned in its original packaging with the same or similar protective padding. USPS is best, as it includes tracking. Please note that postage is not refundable. Dagoret is not responsible for returned packages not received.

To start the return process for exchange, please fill out the Contact form so that I know you will be exchanging. For any questions or clarifications please contact info@dagoret.com.

Custom or customized items are not accepted for return or exchange. However, please use the Contact form or email info@dagoret.com if there are any issues with your items.

  • All sales are final, with the following exceptions:

Made to Order items can be canceled before completion, but the required non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

Canceled made to order items are no longer considered custom and unique to the customer. If Dagoret chooses, the item will be completed and offered for sale without obligation, notice, approval, or any written, implied, or inferred terms.

Pre-Orders, as long as they are not also customized, can be canceled within 24 hours of ordering.

  • Custom orders are unique to the customer, specially designed and made. If all outstanding payments are made on time per the Custom Order Agreement, the exact design will not be replicated. The item is unique to the customer.

  • Made to order items are existing items for which adjustments are made. Adjustments include but are not limited to: sizing, cleaning, repairing. Only work outlined and paid for per each Made to Order Agreement will be completed.

  • Pre-order occurs when items are offered ahead of completed production. It is an opportunity to guarantee purchase of an upcoming item.
